UKATIS is a consulting company founded by Vincent Laplante in 2022 with the vision to help companies implement modern and effective management and operation practices with a focus on management, procurement, sustainability and transformation.

 

Vincent Laplante is leveraging over 20 years of experience in corporate and managerial positions in luxury companies ranging from information technology, organisation, project management, supply chain, product development and procurement. He has seen large and small companies struggle to implement simple and efficient processes and respond to the increasing demands of the modern world, often re-inventing the wheel and going through a positive but extremely slow continuous improvement process.
